My friend and I booked separately but even though they were booked they were able to rearrange things so our rooms were close to each other so I could help with my friends baby.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,679 reviews)
The hotel is in an excellent location; however, it is disappointing to see a noticeable reduction in the amenities that were traditionally provided by hotels across the Far East. Basic items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, which were previously standard in guest rooms, are no longer supplied.
My main criticism, however, concerns the checkout process. Guests are required to wait while a member of staff inspects their room before they are permitted to leave. This creates an uncomfortable impression, making guests feel as though they are being treated with suspicion rather than valued customers. It is not a positive way to conclude an otherwise pleasant stay and is something the hotel should reconsider.

8.8/10 Excellent! (149 reviews)
I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. My only criticism is the pre check in communication. Please don’t ask if I have any special requests and then not act on them. For my two night stay, due to mobility issues I requested a walk in shower rather than a bath. My request was completely ignored. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, ..."

"Stayed 3 nights at The Wild in a caravan with dinner. The Wild is situated on one end of Khao Yai which is further to most attractions we went to. The caravan itself is pretty new and outfitted sufficiently for 2 adults and 2 kids. Tiny toilet but we expected that so we managed. Outside the caravan ..."
